Franchise Support System
The success of a franchisee is in our best interest and we take the relationship with our franchise partners very seriously. As a Brasa de Brazil franchise owner, we will work together in collaboration to ensure that all aspects of the business including store development, procurement, operational management, customer service, IT systems, staff training and marketing support are covered. In order to ensure our operators maximize their revenue, franchise owners and teams, specifically upcoming and new partners will receive extra attention having our own management team and training teams deployed.
Store Models
Brasa de Brazil is all about the premium experience it offers to its guests which also includes our store design and ambiance. We take care in every detail while developing our stores to ensure the five-star restaurant standards are met.

Our store designs are developed by our own in-house design and architectural team ensuring that the culture of our stores remain intact in its functionality and feel. Our stores have premium themes with high quality furniture, bright lighting and premium deco along with subtle Brazilian cues and art around the restaurant.

As a franchise owner depending upon the location and demographics we offer two choices of store formats:

Standard (400 Sq.m – 500 Sq.m)Standard stores are designed to accommodate a total of 60-100 persons and usually can be located in food streets, part of a restaurant complex or within a high end shopping mall.

Grande (600 Sq.m – 800 Sq.m)Grande stores can hold large capacity of persons of up to 200 guests and can be highly lucrative when located in high-end streets and large cities. Such stores are usually stand alone and have the capacity to have outdoor seating areas.
